What a timely gift! I am leading a group of women and journeyed with them through some key spiritual formation concepts over the last two years. As we ended our study recently, I introduced them to the terms related to the three-fold way. And I realized I have been longing for the last year to walk back through your work. I am leading spiritual formation at my church, but long for a companion on my journey so that I can be “refreshed with all your diligent work.” Thank you Jonathan! This will be so beautiful and good.
Celeste – what an encouragement to read this! It’s meaningful to hear how you’ve been walking alongside others in formation and now returning to these themes. May this next leg of the journey be full of refreshment, insight, and grace – humbled that this work can be a small companion along the way.
I love what you said about “discovering there is a universal shape our life with Christ takes. When we know that, it helps us make sense of our spiritual experiences, gives us direction without being prescriptive.” I will enjoy meditating on this concept. Thanks, J!
Having read The Eternal Journey are number of years ago, Jonathan, I'm looking forward to diving into it again.
That means a lot, Ian. I hope the second read offers something new this time around. Grateful you’re revisiting it.
Bless the Three Ways.
I look forward to this!
I would like that very much:)
